Tbh Tudor watches look like crap and they are not luxury watches as many are buying them for because of the Rolex name. And unfortunately due to the waitlist this is what people are left with to buy as a substitute Rolex Rolex is getting sloppy and is asleep at the wheel

Meeeh been there done that (multiple times, multiple models). They are not that special or awwe inspiring. They're decent for a mass produced entry level luxury watch but other then the name on it and the made up belief of a status you get with the brand there's much much better out there for the money.

I have a manual winding watch but its subdial is at 9:00. The reality is that the manual winding movement can be oriented so that the subdial can be anywhere on the face, not just 6:00. It would have been more accurate to say that typical manual winding mechanisms have a seconds subdial on the face, and on that particular watch, it's at 6:00. As for manual winding watches, I wish more models were available. I love manual winding watches because I love the ritual of winding the watch every time I put it on. I love the sound of winding it too.

The Omega is good down to 150 meters and completely magnetically shielded. I wouldn’t swim with the Date Just. Btw, I have both.

Great review. In the comparison photos, if I’m viewing correctly, it appears that the entire face of the sapphire has sort of a grey tone, rather than the jet black tone. Is this correct? Thanks!
